Shipping & Delivery

Every fragrance built here is blended to order. Nothing is picked off a shelf, so the timeline is different from the main shop - please read the production time below before ordering.

Production Time

Bespoke fragrances are handcrafted to order with a 2-3 week turnaround from the date your formula is confirmed and paid. This covers blending, the maceration period the composition needs to settle and marry, filtering, and bottling. Rushing maceration produces a fragrance that smells thin and disjointed, so this time is not padding - it is part of making it properly.

You will receive a quote within 2 business days of submitting your formula. Production begins once you approve the quote and payment clears.

Shipping Rates

Profound Naturals ships within Australia only, via Australia Post. International shipping is not currently available. Delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post schedules and may vary by location.

Shipping time is in addition to production time. Standard is typically 2-6 business days after dispatch, express 1-3.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel directly at auspost.com.au.

Natural Product Variation

Botanical materials vary between harvests. Two batches of the same formula can differ slightly in colour and in the fine detail of the scent. This is inherent to working with genuine plant materials rather than synthetics, and is not a defect.

Storage

Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Natural perfumes continue to develop in the bottle and are best used within twelve months of receipt.

All Profound Naturals fragrances are formulated in accordance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines, which set safe usage levels for fragrance ingredients in topical applications. Where a formula you build would exceed those levels, the builder caps it automatically. A patch test on a small area of skin is strongly recommended before first use, particularly for those with known sensitivities or skin conditions.
